From observation of the euros, this is what you are supposed to do to become a badass trail runner… I think it helps knowing how to ski before you try it.

I’m gonna call this the 409 meter track. lane 1 doesn’t exist and sometimes you have to go out to lane 6 to dodge a bit of snow. I’m just stoked to be wearing shorts outside #summeriscoming #salomonrunning #running #trailrunning
